Internships

Students are highly encouraged to complete an internship in their course of study at SFD. We will assist in placing students in internships. Internships with local designers or larger corporations provide students with practical workplace experience and a competitive advantage in a highly competitive industry.

The School of Fashion Design has established relationships with local designers and companies seeking fashion design interns. Our faculty and staff regularly research internship opportunities, and are available to assist students with placement. SFD alumni also frequently contact us with internship opportunities.
